What is the Refund Policy?
We make returning your purchase EASY! If for any reason within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either write us an email at the contact us link: listing your name, date of purchase, and product purchased, or simply contact our office by phone. The customer service agent will provide a return number for an authorized return of merchandise. Then simply return your unopened, shrink wrapped bottle (and all unused bottles in unopened, shrink wrapped condition, if multiple bottle orders apply). From our experience, we recommend using delivery confirmation to ensure the items are received for your return shipment.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If purchasing a special offer, if a bottle is opened the purchase price of a single bottle will be deducted from the return amount. Customer must send back the free merchandise if order is not kept complete. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
What is your Shipping & Handling Process?
All orders are promptly shipped within one to two business days. Each order receives careful attention and when an order is received, it is immediately processed within 24-48 business hours, excluding holidays and weekends!
How much is the Shipping and Handling per order?
U.S. Shipping - $7.00 - 5 - 7 business days
Canadian Priority - $19.95 - 4 - 6 week delivery
Canadian Express - $34.95 - 7 - 10 business days
International Priority - $23.95 - 4 - 6 week delivery
International Express - $47.95 - 7 - 10 business days
In some cases, customs may delay express delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered. All orders ship by the United States Post Office unless the customer cannot receive regular post mail. UPS can be requested by a phone call into the office. If this request is not made by phone it cannot be honored. This means no matter how many bottles you order, you simply pay one low flat price. So, the more you buy, the more you will save!
How can I track where my order is?
Upon the completion of the order we provide tracking information by email for every order. Often times our emails end up in your junk/spam email box, so be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder. Rarely, do these emails bounce back. If you still do not have tracking information, feel free to contact us by email after checking your email folder including the junk/spam folder. Please check the email address you provided with your order and that it is correct as this is where the emails are provided. If the email address is not correct it can prevent you from getting the delivery tracking number.
All damages must be reported within 72 hours of the item being delivered. Either an email or call into the office to report the damages is acceptable. The customer service agent will either ask for the shipping carrier to inspect the package or ask you to simply return it back by mail for an exchange. All damaged items are exchanged only. If damaged items are requested to be refunded the restocking fee will apply to the return of the merchandise. If damage is not reported within the time frame customer forfeits the right of an exchange or return.
