Q: How many weeks will it take Whitaplex™ to produce results?
A: Results vary based on how large an area you apply Whitaplex™ to, in addition to how light you want your skin tone to be? Darker spots such as moles will take longer to lighten than trying to achieve an overall lighter tone. We suggest waiting at least 8-10 weeks in order to give Whitaplex™ enough time to produce dramatic results.
Q: How many weeks will a single bottle of Whitaplex™ last?
A: A single bottle of Whitaplex™ will generally last a few weeks depending on the size of skin you are applying it to. However, because it will take time to produce results, we strongly suggest taking advantage of one of our multiple purchase options.
Q: What is the best time to apply Whitaplex™ and how is it applied?
A: We suggest applying Whitaplex™ in the morning and then once again in the evening. Wash the area of skin you want to apply Whitaplex™ to then use your finger and or a Q-Tip/Cotton Ball to apply a small amount of the cream. After a few minutes, wipe away any excess cream. Only apply externally, keep out of open areas such as the eyes, nose, and ears and discontinue using if irritation occurs.
Q: Can Whitaplex™ cause my skin to peel or break out?
A: If you are using a skin lightener for the first time, the skin can be tender or can experience light peeling or a few blemishes where the product is applied. This is considered normal and applications should be continued. If the problem persists or worsens with use it is recommended to discontinue use of the product and consult your medical doctor.
Q: Can Whitaplex™ be used with other existing creams that I use daily?
A: It is not suggested to mix any products directly with Whitaplex™ .The product should fully dry and absorb before applying any other products.
Q: Can Whitaplex™ be used on the body?
A: Yes, Whitaplex™ can be used on the body however more product will be needed. Purchasing a larger package may be most beneficial for this application. Whitaplex™ should not be used near the eyes or mouth.
Q: Can makeup be worn over top Whitaplex™?
A: Absolutely, It is suggested to apply the product and wait 5 minutes for the product to absorb and dry before applying makeup, sun block, or other topical lotions to the area.
Q: Can Whitaplex™ be returned?

Q: Which kind of skin tones is Whitaplex™ effective on?
A: Whitaplex™ is effective on dark, African American and/or ethnic skin tones as well as caucasian. Darker complexions may take longer to see results.
Q: Can Whitaplex™ help restore color to white areas of the skin?
A: No, Whitaplex™ is not helpful in bringing back pigmentation to the skin. This product will have no effect on white areas or discolorations.
Q: What about using Whitaplex™ on delicate areas of skin.
A: Because Whitaplex™ does not contain dangerous ingredients it is safe to apply Whitaplex™ on the delicate areas of the skin. It is not recommended to apply the product to softer tissues.
Q: Is Whitaplex™ dangerous?
A: No, using Whitaplex™ is not dangerous because it contains safe ingredients.
Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: A guarantee on results cannot be provided. Every individual is applying the product for a different reason and to a different area which can affect the results of the product. Most importantly control of applications as directed and daily application cannot be determined if followed appropriately. Individual results will vary.
Q: How is Whitaplex™ shipped?
A: Our Company prefers to use the USPS which means we can also ship to PO Boxes in addition to regular home and business addresses. However, in some cases we can ship via UPS. If you would like to make special shipping arrangements, please contact us. We will send a tracking number once your product has been shipped.
